Future "Pebble Beach" of Baja: The Puerto Escondido site is located approximately 3 or 4 miles from the recently announced Tiger Woods golf course and luxury development called Punta Brava at the end of the Punta Banda Penninsula.

According to a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, the planned golf course and luxury development "... will include roughly 125 homes with prices beginning from $3 million for a one-acre vacant lot and $3.5 million for a condo. There will also be a clubhouse, restaurant, spa and a 20-unit private hotel." Woods states in this interview that he also plans to have a home there as well.
